SUKKUR: Chairman National Committee for Kashmir affairs and Chief of Jamiat Ulema Islam Moulana Fazal-Ur-Rehman has said that it was decided in the provincial meeting of Majlis-e-Shura of JUI that Islam Zindabad conference would be held in Sukkur on October 14, 2012 at Sukkur in which large number of people would participate and the Islam Zindabad Conference would be more successful then what was held in Karachi.
He was addressing a press conference after meeting of Majlis-e-Shura at Madressa Manzil Gah Sukkur on Thursday. Dr. Allama Moulana Khalid Mehmood Soomro and Moulana Abdul Qayoom Halejvi were also present on the occasion.
Moulana Fazal-Ur-Rehman said that America and other international forces were claiming that they were fighting against the terrorism but actually they were trying to un-strengthening the region adding that JUI has always presented its stance in the parliament and played vital role in passing the resolutions in the parliament due to which rulers could not bring resolutions of their favour in the parliament.
He said that people of northern tribal areas were feeling uncertain situation in their areas and feared of operation due to which they were migrating. He said that right to people of tribal areas was not being given to live in their own region adding that JUI was with them so that no foreign decision could be imposed. He said that houses of tribal areas were being destroyed and they were compelled to migrate.
He made it clear that JUI would fully oppose if operation was started in northern areas. In replying a question about political activities of PTI Chief Imran Khan in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, Moulana Fazal-Ur-Rehman said that he did not give importance on these talks about importance was being given to Imran Khan adding that a new element was being introduced in the country due to which Imran Khan was being given importance.
He said that conditions of the country were going towards general elections and the nation has to go to for new mandate while in the country the people were facing lot of problems including inflation, unemployment and load shedding.
